	We are set up to do real-time and static GPS surveying as well as conventional total station and leveling surveys. Depending on the scope of work we use the specific equipment best suited to achieve the accuracy required. Use of all types of survey equipment on one particular job is common and may be done to assure a project is done as efficient as possible

RESIDENTIAL DSl has provided the boundary survey, control, subdivision platting and construction staking for large scale developments such as Las Campanas, Rancho Viejo, Tierra Contenta Company and Oshara Village.	COMMERCIAL We have performed numerous surveying services for the Pueblo of Pojoaque and several other of the Eight Northern Pueblos. We acted as a subcontractor to Emco Construction for the Buffalo Thunder Casino and Resort. We were involved in construction layout for the Big Rock Casino and Hotel for Santa Clara Development.
PUBLIC WORKS The company has provided: Right of way platting for the City of Santa Fe on their sewer project CIP 910 (a 5 mile trunk sewer line extension along the Santa Fe River) Domestic water system right of way mapping and easement acquisition plats for the community of Hernandez, NM, as a subcontractor to Leedshill Herkenhoff Aerial photo control for the recent phase I and 2 of the Santa Fe River Trail project for the City and County of Santa Fe as a subcontractor to Resource Technology Inc.
